How it works?

Someone sends you a fax by dialing your personal number (we can provide a toll free number). Your Fax Mailbox receives and stores faxes for you electronically until you're ready to retrieve them.

4 ways to retrieve your faxes from your Faxbox:

• By telephone
  Call your Faxbox from a touch-tone phone and follow the voice prompts to forward your faxes to any fax machine. Faxes can also be saved in your mailbox for subsequent retrieval.

• By Fax Machine
  Call your Faxbox from the handset of a fax machine and have your faxes sent to print immediately.

• WinFax PRO Retrieval
  You can use your computer with a fax modem and WinFax PRO to retrieve your faxes with a simple click of a mouse.

• By e-mail
  The Faxbox create a file and send it to your personnal e-mail address.

Fax Mailbox Optional Features:

• Voice Messaging
  Allows your Fax Mailbox to receive and store messages as well as faxes. These messages are retrieved by dialing directly into your mailbox.

• Pager Notification
  Informs you when a new fax or voice message has been received in your mailbox. A notification is sent to a pager specified by you, listing your Fax Mailbox as the callback number. This service requires a numeric pager.
